How do I get a sample? How long will it take?
For customised samples, we will check if it is ready to print after we receive your files. You need to pay the sample fee and courier fee. Samples take 5-10 days to make and are sent out via Fedex, DHL or UPS when finished.
What is the lead time for volume production? How will you ship the goods?
Normally it takes 15-25 days, in peak season it takes about 20-30 days, mainly depending on the quantity. Goods will be packed in standard cartons or as per your requirements. Shrink-wrapping is available upon request and then by sea or air.
What are your payment terms?
Usually a wire transfer in advance. We can also support at least 50% of the total amount in advance as a down payment before mass production and the rest before shipping.
